Consent to personal data processing

By submitting a form on this website and ticking the relevant box, I freely and in my own interest consent to [name of the data controller] ([registration details, address, contact e-mail]) processing my personal data on the following terms.

What data

• name;
• phone number and/or Telegram username;
• city;
• quiz answers and the text of my message;
• technical data about my visit (traffic source, page address, device type).

For what purpose

• contacting me about my request: consultation, recommendation, demo, answer to a question;
• sending materials I requested.

What actions

Collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, use, transfer to request-handling services to the extent necessary, and deletion — with or without automated means.

Term and withdrawal

This consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. I can withdraw it at any time by contacting the Controller. See the privacy policy for details.
